14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping is covered by us — we'll arrange the collection or provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We also offer exchanges and store credit as alternatives — just let us know your preference when initiating your return.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function.
